Goodbye and good luck to the y13 geologists!
Today was the year 13 geologists last day of teaching at KEGS - it has been a pleasure for Dr Hitch, Dr Riley and Miss Fryer to teach them and we look forward to hearing about their progress in the future.

Yr12 permeability experiments
As part of our water resources learning, yr12 are doing permeability experiments with sand and gravel....which allows water to pass through more quickly?

Phase diagram experiments
The Y13s were trying out a phase diagram experiment in Thursday's lesson using salol and thymol. The results are proving rather interesting and everyone came out smelling strongly of thyme!
